Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F to ensure the tortillas become crispy.
  2. Brush or spray both sides of each tortilla generously with oil and season with salt. Arrange them in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake the tortillas for 4 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 4 to 8 minutes until crispy.
  2. Warm the refried beans in a pan or microwave until heated through.
Serving
  1. Spread a large spoonful of refried beans over a tostada shell, followed by guacamole, cheese, and shredded chicken.
  2. Top with desired ingredients such as lettuce, pico de gallo, cilantro, and queso fresco.

Notes
